Where did it go?!!!

Tristen has lost his first tooth. March 8th, just 3 days before his 6th birthday. He didn't bother to tell me he was playing with it inside his mouth and then upon my realizing it was gone, he explained to me that he swallowed it by accident. I'm sad for him that he swallowed it(he was crying) but at the same time excitement just flowed out of me that my baby lost his first tooth.

Deer and Turkey Expo Bloomington,IL

We had a great time checking out all the deer. As you'll see the boys got up close with a gator and Bo was trying to be an appetizer for a bear. Those of you who view hunting videos, DVD's may recognize the man standing with Fred as Byron Ferguson. We have a DVD with Byron on it hunting along the Milk River. I saw Byron and had to get a picture of him. I wanted T&B to stand along side but they were too shy to do that for me. I took a lot of pictures that are not included in this post, I just picked out the ones most impressive to me.
Since coming home from that weekend, we've been busy in the woods hunting for antlers. Bo and I just found 2 more his afternoon. We've found a total of 7 so far and are hoping to find more soon. We saw a nice buck 2 nights ago in our hay field and he still had both sides on so we are on the lookout.

Snow people come to visit

My creation
take note of the many smaller twigs branching off of the arms, this
represents multi-tasking, which may women can relate to as it is
in our blood.

This is Bo's creation

and this would be Tristen and Bo working hard at
making a big snow ball.

Tristen made a snowman also but he destroyed shortly after making it, which natural for any boy I've come across in my life time.

Snow Fort

Gram and Pop in Stockton bought us all block
makers and we got busy
Gram managed to find packable snow under all the
feathery snow that was falling.

We used water to wet some areas so it freezes
stiff overnight and perhaps we'll have a chance to
add to it with packable snow.

Santa came

Our stockings were filled
We left Santa 3 cookies and he ate 2 and a bite out of the third
and he helped himself to the milk in the fridge, as our note to him
suggested. Tristen and Bo even left Santa a gift from each of them.

No picture just GREAT news!!!!!

We have been in prayer for months to be able to quit milking before the snow flies and working on finding a new job to replace the income of the farm. We were blessed by GOD and his faithfulness with Fred being hired at Doc's Excavating on October 12,2009. We are now in the process of dispersing the cows in a couple weeks or if possible by local dairy farmers expanding their herd with some of ours, time will tell. We are happy to know that we are following God's will for our lives because the Bible says in 1 John 5: 14-15 This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. And if we know that he hears us--whatever we ask--we know that we have what we asked of him.

PRAISE GOD A THOUSAND TIMES OVER FOR HIS GRACE, MERCY AND FAITHFULNESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
